I'm Allyca, the founder of Held in Full and a mom to one very energetic four-year-old who keeps me completely on my toes. I built this community because I walked through the hardest season of my life feeling unseen, unsupported, and honestly a little lost, and I came out the other side knowing there had to be a better way. Now I spend my time building the tools and the community I wish I'd had. I'm an open book, a straight talker, and I take this work seriously because I know firsthand how much it matters.
If you're not quite ready to dive into a workshop or membership but you want to start doing the work today, Anchored: The Journal is the place to begin. Five minutes in the morning. Fifteen in the evening. A little bit of honest reflection that adds up to a lot of clarity over time.
It's the simplest, most accessible entry point into everything Held in Full is about, and it makes a beautiful gift for a mom in your life who could use a moment to herself.
Not at all. The Motherhood Transition Workshop is designed around wherever you are right now, whether this is your first baby or your third. The person you are today is not the same person you were the last time you went through this, and your needs have grown and evolved right along with you. The Life Audit workshops and Values Alignment workshop are useful at any stage and after any major life change, new job, big move, new relationship, loss, whatever chapter you're stepping into.
Yes. The Values Alignment workshop and Life Audit workshops are built for any woman who wants to live more intentionally. Motherhood is at the heart of this brand, but alignment is for everyone.
Absolutely (asking this makes you the friend we all with we had!). The Motherhood Transition Workshop and Anchored: The Journal are both available as gifts. If you know a mom who is expecting, struggling, or just ready for something to finally feel like hers, either of these would be a meaningful place to start.
I will let you know, when I know :)))
The Anchor. Audit. Align. method isn't a one-and-done process. The things that anchor you today are probably not the same ones that anchored you five years ago. Life changes what matters. We recommend revisiting the work yearly or after any major life shift, because growth is the whole point.
A good rule of thumb: if you're expecting or newly postpartum, start with the Motherhood Transition Workshop. If you're in a season of feeling stuck or out of alignment, the membership and Life Audit workshops are your home base. If you just want somewhere to start today, grab the journal. And if you're still not sure, send me a message above. Truly, that's what I'm here for.
