take what you need  →

I built this because I needed it. I built this because I figured out the other side and I want to take you there too.

I am so glad you're here! I'm Allyca!

My name is Allyca, and I know exactly what it feels like to look at your life from the outside and think it should be enough. Good job. Healthy kid. A partner. All the pieces. And still feel like something is fundamentally off.

After my son was born, everything changed. The support I had during pregnancy vanished almost overnight. The people around me went back to their normal routines while mine completely disappeared. My sense of self went with it. I didn't know how to verbalize what I was feeling, or who to ask, or even if what I was feeling was normal.

So I started asking other mothers. And then more mothers. And it turned out it was almost universal. The exhaustion. The guilt. The quiet grief of losing parts of yourself while becoming someone new.

Once I settled into motherhood, I realized I'd spent all my time checking boxes and keeping things on schedule and there was no room left for me. I had all the ingredients of a successful life. They just didn't add up to anything that felt like mine.

So I did the work. I figured out what my anchors were, the non-negotiable values that had to be at the center of any version of life I was going to actually want to live. And once I got clear on those, everything else got easier to navigate. Not perfect. Not fixed. Just mine.

That's what Held in Full is. It’s a community built for real life, so you don't have to figure it out the hard way.

Where to start

I'm not going to hand you a system that worked for someone else and tell you to make it work for you.

what makes this different?

I'm not going to give you a better morning routine or tell you to wake up earlier. I'm not interested in optimizing your life — I'm interested in helping you figure out what your life is actually supposed to look like, and then building toward that.
Then we look at where things aren't fitting. And we help you figure out what to do about it.

Here's what I know: modern motherhood is hard. The way we've structured work and school and childcare and expectations was not built for the women who are actually living inside of it. That's not a personal failure. That's just the truth. And once you see it, you stop trying to fit yourself into a structure that was never designed for you and you start building something that actually is.

I'm a mom to one very energetic four-year-old who keeps me humble and absolutely on my toes. I navigate chronic illness, which has given me a particular appreciation for intention because I can't afford to spend energy on things that don't matter. I love to cook from scratch, grow vegetables, and find things that are old and beautiful and built to last. I will always choose quality over quantity, depth over breadth, and a real conversation over small talk.

I say the thing everyone is thinking. I have a sense of humor that shows up whether I invite it or not. And this is a completely judgment-free zone, because I've thought every thought you're having, and I've probably even said it out loud.

A little more about         me

Everything at Held in Full is built around three steps:
Anchor. Get clear on what actually matters to you: your values, your non-negotiables, the things that have to be present for your life to feel like yours.
Audit. Look honestly at where your life is and isn't aligned with those anchors. No shame. Just clarity and community.
Align. Figure out the next move — and make it.

This isn't a one-and-done process. Life changes. What matters to you at 28 is different from what matters at 35. After your first baby is different from after your third. After a big move, a divorce, a career shift. The tools at Held in Full are built to grow with you because the work of living intentionally never really ends. It just gets more comfortable.

No! Anyone can take the Aligned Values Workshop and Aligned Life areas (Relationships, Home, Career, etc.)

Yes! The Motherhood Transition Workshop is a point in time support tool for you. While you may already know how to tackle a bedtime routine or how to soothe an upset little, the Motherhood Transition Workshop focuses on feelings, hopes, fears, support needs and relationships at this point in time. The person you are today is not the same person you were when you had your first (or even second or third!); your needs have grown and evolved! Similarly, the Values Workship and Aligned Life Audit is a point in time check-in. The values that anchor you today are probably not the same as what anchored you 5 years ago or 5 years from now. Growth and life changes change the things that are most important to us. We recommend checking in yearly or after major life changes (new job, a big move, getting married/divorced, having kids etc.)

Yes, you can purchase the Motherhood Transition Workshop to gift to someone.

You already know something needs to change. Let's figure out what.
